Our Story

GoodLand Home & Goods is a home + lifestyle boutique featuring an eclectic mix of joyful goods from independent makers and designers, both local and from across the globe. Born out of a longing to be home in Wisconsin amongst the Great Resignation in 2022, Owner and Creative Director Bridget Maniaci was inspired to open a small retail space as the world reopens.

Maniaci – whose grandparents Art & Rose ran Maniaci’s Cafe Siciliano on the North Shore for a quarter-century – has multiple generations of family that have lived, worked or owned businesses on the East Side of Milwaukee going back more than 100 years.

Whether you’re a UWM student with your first apartment or the owner of a home on Lake Drive, GoodLand strives to provide everything needed for entertaining joyfully and with ease, channeling hospitality and joy around the dinner table and at home for a new generation.
